My Lush Haul!!!

Last weekend I went to Singapore cuz I wanted to shop! - Singapore really is the best place to shop, although things here are a bit expensive than in KL..but because of their variety of stuff over there, that makes Singapore is a shopper's heaven!!! Lotsa cool things to look at, lotsa awesome stuff to choose and buy! Oh, I loveeee shopping here! It's just like some other awesome countries I've been to like Paris, Hong Kong, London, Amsterdam etc etc! Their stuff are VERY up to date..and lotsa varieties of items to choose, which I like!! (Duhh..it's Singapore la! Of course they're up-to-date! hahah)

Anyways...so here are my purchases! I'm so excited! Lotsa Lush stuff! hehe

Shopping day one

Shopping day two

Anyways...

THISSSSSS was my Number One reason why I wanted to go to Singapore so badly when daddy asked.

....TO GO TO THE LUSH STORE!!!!
^__^

Remember my Lush post last time? The one in Zurich, in December 2011? Ring a bell? hehe. Oh well... After I went to Zurich, and came back to KL, I regretted that I didn't buy their stuff that many. So when I went to Jakarta, Bandung, Hong Kong, Paris and Milan in the last 6 months, I searched high and low for this brand while I'm over there.

But too bad, I couldn't find one. And I got to know, Lush only have ONE STORE in the South East Asia region! And they're available only in SINGAPORE! Not in Bangkok...not in Jakarta.. and of course, not in Kuala Lumpur!!! Oh so saddddd... T___T

So when I did go to Singapore last week, I grabbed myself as many products as I can although they're a bit expensive over there.. tskk. But where else can this girl find Lush store in S.E.A righttt? So I got myself the bath and body products that I like as many as I can - A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! hehe

So anyways... let's see, what did I purchased for myself?

3 packs of gift box. Each containing different type of bath stuff..

The Rosie box.

It contains the four different type of body products that have a hint of rosy smell! Mmmm!

"This gift was lovingly packed by Iwona's team" - Awww...thank you Iwona and the gang!!
You guys have wrapped them nicely! ^____^

I was sooo excited at this point of opening my little gift! Hahah... (Things I do when shopping abroad... - I like buying things in a box/all wrapped up nicely/gift set, so that I'd feel like it's a present from someone when opening it in KL later on! hahahah.. - I know I'm weird! LOL. But do you feel like this too, when buying a gift set for yourself?? Or is it just me being silly? haha ;p)

The Sweetest Thing gift set! - At first I thought I wanted this for myself..But then I thought I wanted to be the sweetest sister, so I gave my sister this Sweetest Thing gift set instead!  haha

Let's see what do they have it in here!

I want thisssss especially! They don't have it individually in the store the other day! Only in sets..
I love the Shower Jelly! Plus, this one is purple in color!
Oh well, never mind. I'll buy it the next time I pop into Lush store

Third gift set! The Out Of This World set!

It has two items.. Bar Soap in star-shaped and a Bath Bomb that smells so good! ^__^

Thanks Bart's Team!!

^___^

My own Shower Jelly! This one is called Whoosh. This is a new way to take my shower! Using jelly!! And it smells so goooood too! So refreshing!

WHOOSH! That’s the sound you’ll make after using this stimulating shower jelly. It’s made for the people that have a hundred things to do and no time to do them. To slow time down, you need the bright blue colour, moisturising jelly and energising aromas of lemon, lime and grapefruit. They will send you rocketing through the day

This would be a Shower Gel called Happy Hippy. It smells so fresh, lemony/citrusy. Next on my list would be the It's Raining Men! - It smells gorgeous! It smells soooo sweet! (Honey/Caramel-like)

And thisss....is my Bar/Solid Soaps! Bought the Honey I Washed The Kids and Karma. (They have such catchy name, kan??! ^__^)

By the way, they claimed that their solid soaps are one of their most creative products and you won't find finer bar soaps anywhere else! They fill their bars with copious quantities of essential oils, fresh fruit and vegetables all in a piece of affordable luxury! - You'll find more expensive ones, but that doesn't mean that they're better. With LUSH you get what you pay for and a whole lot more too!

Trueee! I loveee all their products..they're sooo amazing! Seriously!

So here's my solid soaps! Who says that a bar soap needs to be the usual boring rectangle or round shape??

Here's what they say about this soap:

Honey I Washed The Kids: The irresistible toffee and honey soap. Once you've sniffed it, you've got to have it. On paper, it's difficult to portray the full effect of this honeycomb and toffee scented soap. People who fully intended to walk past a Lush shop find themselves unable to resist its tempting fragrance. They inhale, drool, pick up a big chunk and join the queue for the till. It's hard not to buzz about this one. (The top part, the brownish caramel color, is a real honey!! Isn't it awesome?! hehe. This smells too good that I just cannot resist!)

Karma: Top up your Karma quotient with a quick wash during the day. Buy a big chunk, slice some off for the washbasin and the kitchen sink then keep the rest for the shower. There's enough Karma fragrance in each bar to perfume your whole body each time you wash.

Another bar soap! In a star shaped...how cool! hehe. This one is called Rock Star!

Rock Star: The creamy vanilla sweetie. Here’s a soap for all of us who know we ought to be attracted to sophisticated beiges and navy blues, but can’t help grabbing everything pink! The Rock Star soap smells just like Creamy Candy Bath, so all you budding starlets can shower and bathe with our sweet vanilla perfume.

The Body Conditioner! I didn't know...there's "body conditioner" as well! I thought only hair needs conditioner??
This beautiful body conditioner is called Ro's Argan. It smells sooooooo goooood, and it really does it's job! It really did make my skin feels so much softer and smoother! Love this to bits!!

Ro's Argan: A beautiful, rose jam scented body conditioner that’s full of the most emollient, moisturising ingredients possible to feed and nourish the skin. There’s cypress oil, capuacu butter, Brazil nut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and super softening almond oil, along with Argan oil of course, which is rich in vitamin E and incredibly moisturising and soothing on the skin. There’s also a touch of spring water to cool the skin down. The 20% glycerine locks in all this moisture, leaving your skin soft, smooth, supple and the fragrance leaves you delicately scented like a rose bush being kissed by the first rays of morning sun.

Next item that I purchased is their awesome Bath Melt! "When it comes to luxury at bath time, we don't hold back. Beautiful things, our Bath Melts. We use sinful amounts of natural butters to moisturize and soften your skin, loads of gorgeous essential oils, and then we add whatever it takes to give you an experience to make it well worth spending at least 20 minutes in the bath. Have one when you know you've earned yourself a real treat."

The Bath Melt! - This is You've Been Mangoed
Cheery, fruity mango butter melt. You’ve Been Mangoed is bright and breezy, with nutritious mango and avocado butters to make your skin feel as if it has just had a really healthy breakfast and is all set up for the day. Its fruity scent comes from skin toning lemon and lime essential oils, with a drop or two of invigorating lemongrass to get things going. Everyone should know the joys of being well and truly Mangoed.

The Ceridwen's Cauldron bath melt
Magical, relaxing melt for softer skin. It could be the ultimate bathing experience, but we won’t know that until we finish inventing them. For now, it’s as wonderful as you can get. Each melt is wrapped in muslin, dipped in wild flowers and tied with a ribbon. According to the spell it is based on, if you spit three times in the water, your wish will come true. Cocoa butter and walnut oil melt, frothing slightly, leaving you a muslin bag of whole oats to give your skin a soothing and gently scented scrub.
It’s truly lovely.

Next item is the Body Scrub! It's called Aqua Mirabilis

Our miraculous underwater massage bar for bodies. Be generous and buy your best friend (and yourself) a spa treatment to get your bodies into shape for 2010. This glorious spa-in-a-bar is Helen’s underwater massage bar with exfoliating ground almond shells mixed into a big bar of perfumed, moisturising oils. Use it in the bath or the shower and you will give your skin the treat of a lifetime.

Next item that I am sooo excited and can't wait to use them are the Bubble Bars!! They're like the awesomest item in their store! They're cute. They're colorful. They're in unique sizes. They smell SO BEAUTIFUL! They produced the kind of rich bubbles I want and need in my tub!!!! Oh....I loveeeee their bubble bars to bits!!! When I need a real treat after a hard day or something, I would definitely gonna pamper myself with these bubble bars!

See!

My friend had a great time last time.. We reallllly did enjoy our bath the last time we use this one bubble bar called The Comforter. - It really IS comforting!!!

Here's what they say! At LUSH we don't just take baths; we appreciate them. We relish them, revel in them and do everything we can to make them enjoyable. We like to fragrance them with essential oils to scent our bodies and put us in a better mood, illuminate them with candlelight and sometimes, even share them. Crumble one of these under the running bath water for a superbly bubbly and stunningly fragrant, luxuriously inviting bath.   ^___________^

These are the Bubble Bars that I purchased for myself! Each of these, can use up to 3-5 usage! Cool! ^__^

Next on the list is the Bath Bombs!!! I loveeee their beautiful smell, their pretty swirls, and the amazing designs/colors. 5 stars definitely, for all the Bath Bombs!!! (My really really favourite one is the Twilight, Dragon's Egg and Sex Bomb)

"We take every opportunity to make each bath a special occasion, not a boring ritual. The best way to enjoy bath time is to make it fragrant, relaxing and slow - a reward for making it through the day. A LUSH Bath Bomb will suit the purpose (and we're not just saying that because we invented them). Welcome them into your bath water and surrender your naked body into their fragrant clutches."

Next is the shampoos! This one is called the No Drought - Dry Shampoo

No Drought gives your hair an extra day without washing. Just massage it sparingly into your scalp and through your hair, and then shake it out (if you've got long hair, you might need a quick brush to make sure you're covered). Corn flour and talc absorb excess oil and leave locks soft to the touch. Lemon, grapefruit and lime oils will give your hair a fresh and fruity fragrance too. No need to wash; just go!

The solid shampoo! This one is called New!
Stimulating spice shampoo bar for tired scalps suffering from hormonal hair loss. In times of stress and hormonal change, like pregnancy and after giving birth, your hair can start to fall out. Fortunately, this is usually temporary, but it’s a distressing thing to happen. The New Shampoo Bar is for those times. We make it with bay, clove and cinnamon essential oils to stimulate the scalp. Calming nettle, peppermint and rosemary add shine and soften the hair.

The massage bar! It's called Soft Coeur. Just rub it in between your hands and it will produce some oils for you to massage! Very unique, ey?!
The honey toffee bar with a soft core. The Soft Coeur was designed for a romantic tryst. It got its name from its chocolate and honey soft centre, which you can melt and smooth all over your lover’s body to make him or her extra tasty. Helen wanted to call it Soft Centre, and it morphed into Soft Core before metamorphosing into Soft Coeur. It’s made with honey and suitable for honeymoons. It’s as good for your skin as it is for your relationship.

Next item is the Face stuffs. I purchased three different Fresh Face Masks - Mask of Magnaminty, Oatifix and Cosmetic Warrior. And I also purchased their toner, Tea Tree Water and the cleanser, Herbalism (the last four items are not in the picture - forgot to take them out from the fridge when I did this photo session! LOL)

The Toothy Tabs! A new way to brush your teeth with! Forget the usual, regular toothpaste! Toothy tabs is a great way to clean your teeth! This would be my new traveling toothpaste! So light, so small, so convenient!

"The innovative solid toothpaste from LUSH! Our inventors have done it again- turned a widely used liquid product into solid form. Toothy Tabs are vegan, preservative-free and incredibly effective at cleaning your teeth and freshening your breath. Using them is simple! Crush your favorite toothy tab up in between your teeth, wet your tooth brush and scrub away like usual. Give your mouth a good rinse afterwards, and voila! Fresh, clean teeth and a brilliant smile."

Isn't this the CUTEST dish wash soap everrrr??! Just send the dirty dishes away with the fairies!! Hehe. Simply fill up the sink or your dish soap container with hot water, an give this fairy a good swish around, making lots and lotsa soapy bubbles!! This fab new invention, makes an amazing green alternative to all those plastic washing-up liquid bottles that end up in landfill. The washing-up fairy is scented with lemon and best of all, this soap is much much kinder to your hands than the usual standard washing up liquid! You can even use the leftover water to give your plants a drink after the dishes are done!! Awesome, huh?!

Lush also sells their tin containers to put all the solid body products you've purchased!

Ohhh I loveeeeeeee all my Lush products!!! They're amazingggg!

"Bathing doesn’t need to be boring when you can choose from some of our finest inventions – Bath Bombs, Bubble Bar Slices, Bath Melts, and our collection of rather sensual soap. Yes, we even make soap sexy. Once you go LUSH, you never go back."

XOXO,
Lush Lover.

10 Ways to Tell if Your Love Is Real!

So how do you know if you're in a lasting and awesome relationship? I read a few self-help books and love & relationships articles/books recently.. And I would like to share the "summary" and the info I get in here! hehe ;)

So here's what the experts say:

Number 1: You would feel good and happy! - A good and healthy relationship makes you feel good about yourself! You feel very contented with what and who you are, because the person accepts you and loves you just the way that you are! (Your partner won't condemn you or bring you down on things that you're lacking of..or incapable of doing, or etc )

Number 2: You look forward to spending time with your partner!  You don't feel bored or annoyed with his or her presence! You love having him or her around! And you don't need to be with other people or go to functions or events with your friends, or find reasons to avoid being alone together.

Number 3: You enjoy spending quality time together even when it's quiet! Yes, quiet time with your partner is as important as communicating/talking with him/her too! Because according to the experts, that kind of moment, allows you to learn things about your partner even more!

Number 4: You respect your partner. You are not controlling of what he or she likes to do or anything. You give your partner his/her space to do their hobbies/activities, etc. - Remember, the world does not only revolves around you!

Number 5: You hear yourself bragging about your partner. You would appreciate every little things about him or her! And you'd find yourself saying things like: "Oh, my boyfriend has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen!" or...  "My fiancee is the hottest girl in my campus" or.. "My husband is a really talented singer. I bet if he join the American Idol, he would surely win!" hehe..
(Note: If you find that you're always talking about yourself, you're not really focused on your partner or the relationship! So it's time to evaluate about you, your partner and the relationship!)

Number 6: You're interested in what your partner thinks. You ask your partner's opinion about issues that are important to you. - It's okay if he or she disagrees with you!

Number 7: You accept your partner's quirks or bad behaviors/habits. Well, everyone has them. Even you....and me! So if your partner's quirks are endearing or tolerable, you're in good shape! But if they really bother you, then you should look more closely at the relationship. And whether you are able to work through your problems. - It's natural to have some bumps in the relationship road to true bliss.
People in healthy relationships see disagreements as a chance to learn more about their partner. However, if you're creating problems, or if you think every fight is the "big one" leading to a breakup, you should probably rethink about your relationship!

Number 8: You feel safe. You're not afraid of losing your partner. You feel the love. You feel joy. You feel happiness. You feel that both of you can count on each other. And you are being honest and just with each other. And your partner feels and do the same too!

Number 9: You can't explain why you're together. - Awwww!
Many people coordinate their lives so that they have to be together. But ask yourself if you're together because you truly want to be or because of other factors like peer pressures, or because your parents wants you to, or because of pity, or because you want to help someone else's, or because you want to gain something out of the relationship or anyyyy thing at all!
If you answered yes to one of the reasons other than pure love, then maybe you should reevaluate your relationship, because you're bound to have problems with the person/relationship — if you haven't already! But if the answer is "yes, you really truly want to be with each other.." then you two would probably have a healthy and happy relationship and will stay with each together forever! - Awww.... hehe

Number 10: You don't compare your partner to others. There will always be someone more beautiful, awesome, smarter or more athletic than your partner, but you don't care because you only want to be with him or her!

Last but not least, always remember this guys!  A relationship is never a one-way thingy! It's always a two way street! Both of you must work things out! - I've learned a lot since my previous relationship.. In a relationship, it's not always you who must try to make your partner happy! He or she MUST strive and try to make YOU happy as well! Because everybody deserves to be happy and deserves to be treated nicely and equally! And it's not always "giving", most of the time, and it's also not about "taking" all the time too! It must be balance.

(And for now...I will try to stop giving so much. And learn to take pulak.. hahah ;p)

Anyways.. so if you still don't know whether your love will last, try this last piece of advice from me.. Make a list of what you require from someone, to be happy. It could be a really really simple things like... "Drinking hot chocolate at Whisk Cafe every Sunday together", or "Just do nothing together while we stare at each other"... to the things that are quite...erm....complicated? Like maybe... "I want someone who would pick me to go on a date with  a carriage and a real horse instead of his red Ferrari". LOL. Oh well...just list it! It'll be fun! But don't be so ridiculous laa, like the one I just said! hahah.. Love is simple. Don't complicate things!

Anyways, if the list is met, you may have found your everlasting love! Good luck! ^____^

(Good luck to me as well! hehehe ;p)

How I "Organized" My Handbags!

A lot of girls asked me how do I decide what to wear every morning before going to work when I have so many things in my wardrobe..  Won't I get confused? Indecisive? Annoyed? or anything at all..?

Haha.. Well, my answer is simple! Get organized! And you'll be excited to see what are the things you have in your wardrobe and choose them happily in the morning!  ^__^

Really... Last time when I don't really organized my wardrobe and just stashed everything at one place, my mood to dress up is really off! I mean like...when you're so in the mood to wear this and that, but then you have to dive in your closet and search high and low for some items, that could be really really annoying, right?! Especially if you're late.. So, dressing up can be really tricky if you don't organized your stuff well!

So that's why whenever I have my free time, I really enjoy organizing my stuff! I love sorting out things... I love categorizing stuff.. And I also love to see the stuff that I owned! hehe.. Because I'm the kind of girl who loves to indulge myself on all the pretty little things I see when I'm out to malls... (say for example a little brooch...or maybe a bangle, etc - I guess this applies to most girly girls out there! haha ;p) So sometimes, the tendency to forget what I just bought is quite high (bcuz I keep on buying stuff I don't need! Heee - Inherited this habit from my mom! She just loves buying stuff! LOL ;p)

So anyway, that is why I need to organize my stuff so I would see all the things I own, and I won't miss out on wearing them! That way, I know that I'm not being "membazir" as my dad would say, whenever he saw me buying things! haha ;p (Note: My definition of 'membazir' means, if I buy and I don't wear them, right...? Rightttt girls?? ;p)

Anyways..for now, I live in a compact room. So I don't have a walk-in-wardrobe like every girl in this world would dream of having. Well...at least not yet! hehe.. So, I don't really have a nice space for my bags in here. I only store them in my little closet that I have.. How I wish I can display them like this!

Remember last time I used to store them in boxes and all? Oh well...after a few weeks, I find it quite troublesome to choose my bag-of-the-day! So I decided to just store it like the above picture! Less hassle. But anyway, I still find that it's a bit crowded in there.. - Finding bags in there can be really really annoying especially when I can't think of what bags do I have. =___='
So sometimes, if I'm so lazy to search, I would end up wearing the same bag for days! heee..

So to avoid me not knowing what bags do I have, the other day I decided to take a picture, one by one of each bag that I own, and store them in my MacBook! So every morning, after I have decided what outfit I wanted to wear, I would go to my iPhotos, and look at this Bag Album that I have in here! And start selecting my bag-of-the-day! hehe..

Like so!

These are just some of the bags that I have.. Maybe I will start organize them according to colors, ey? :)

After taking these pictures, I realized, I have almost 200 piece of bags in my closet! Erkkk. Maybe I should start letting go of the old bags that I have.. Cuz what's the point of keeping things you don't wear anymore right? Hmm... =/

So ladies, do share..how and where do you guys store your handbags?!

Shazzy.

Sweat Stains

This post is actually a response to some of the private messages that I got via FB and comments from one of my blog posts. They raised an issue I have often come across - some people sweat a lot regardless of the temperature and deodorant use. So how do we avoid this?
In this post, I'm going to share with you girls how can we combat this normal, but ugly scene!

I've been asked many times, how do I prevent myself from having sweat stains on my tops in this hot & humid weather here in Malaysia. Well believe me, just like everyone else, I sweat too..and sometimes I do get the sweat stains on my pretty tops that I love as well! (That is such a bummer!) But oh well...no one's perfect right? And just like you, I'm a human being too! So yes, sweating is perfectly normal. hehe. But too much sweat stains spilling out from both your armpits can be such an eyesore right?! So how do we avoid this?

Sure, some of you might say that sweating is normal and there's nothing wrong with it. But the sweat stains are frustrating and the sweat yellow marks on shirts can be so embarrassing!  I think, sweat stains are a quick way to turn off a date or a potential client or whatever. And sweat stains make you appear like you're a moist and disgusting human being! LOL. It is the most embarrassing feature that a shirt can possess! >___<

Anyway, to be completely honest with you, I used to have this too much sweating problem last time. It happened about 4 to 5 years ago, I think? Can't exactly remember. Well I was not the type that sweat a lot and have a body odor. Even if I do sweat a lot, it won't have a really strong odor. But that was not the case 4-5 years ago. Although my friends have never say anything about it, but I really feel that I used to smell really bad! - Bcuz I used to be very dryyyyy before that year. And very wangi like all the time! I even got a nickname in high school, Wani Wangi. haha. But what I noticed is that, I had those two ugly problems after I had a minor "surgery" on both my armpits. - I wanted to be all clean and pretty...so I removed all my unwanted hair over there so I don't have to pluck anymore. Yes it worked..the hair all gone now. But it also made my armpit sweating like nobody's business right after the treatment! I guess it's true, what God made for us, has it's purpose? So yeah, I tried a lot of things to combat the problem I had. But nothing seems to really work!  So what I did is that I would take a bath every few hours...just to make sure I won't be that smelly. But that is really not practical especially if you're out! haha. So what I really did was to bring my perfume, my deodorant, and I would put some tissue or a little piece of cloth under my arm for it to absorb any sweat that spilling out from my armpits, if I'm going to be out for quite some time! haha. And then I changed them every few hours! And it worked! Heee (But it was too much work for me and I hated it! =___=')

So anyways, I don't really know what I did or didn't do, but thank God that problem now has stopped. It only happened for like a year or so, just right after the hair removal treatment. I guess..it's the after effect kot? Oh well..I don't know. But now, I don't really sweat a lot like I used to and I don't really have a really bad body odor. Thanks to my deodorants and fragrances, I guess! ;p

And also thanks to my roommate who moved out from the room after our first year. - She used to smell worse than a skunk! We all couldn't handle her body odor... Every time she's not around, the girls would talk behind her back, how bad she smell! It was so kesian...but really, the smell was so bad that you have to close your eyes and hold your breath for a few minutes if she's around! Yes, it was thatttttttttt bad! I wonder what she ate.. O___o
(That year, I always find reasons to sleep over at Shida's room at that time! haha.. ;p)

Anyway, I read from this article, that bad body odour are infectious. - Hmm..so no wonder that year I smelled reaaalllly bad! Because I was in a room with a skunk! LOL. JK ;p But it says there: If you stay in an environment with people with a bad body odour for some time, your body odour will be affected. The bacteria that causes the odour on those smelly people airborne to your shirts, and infects your armpit causing your armpit to smell as theirs. So it is not your fault, but it is other's fault

Pffft. No wonder la I smell really bad, that year... Sighhh

So anyways back to my topic today....the trick to sweat stain management is to avoid it, in the first place! In order to stop sweat stains before they ever happen, there are a few things you can try. Read on to find out how you can stop sweat stains and if you care enough and respect yourself! :)

Well the first thing you need to realize is that it's not really the sweat that causes the yellow stain/mark! Sweat is clear on a clean shirt! The real culprit here is the combination of that moisture with the deodorant that you're using! Even a clear gel deodorant can leave stains if you don't take the proper steps. tskk

The reason why you get the sweat stain is because of the misapplication of your underarm product - I noticed the difference I made to my shirts ever since I tried this step! ^__^

What you need to do is to let your deodorant dry completely before you wear your attire. I mean REALLY COMPLETELY DRY - I would normally wear my deodorant right after I take my bath, and then let it dry for awhile, while I do my make up...and parading around my room with my clothes off until my armpit is dry. And then putting on my clothes would be my last step.. (I really want to make sure that my underarm is dry completely, before wearing my pretty shirt! hehe ;p)
So ladies, just build this into your morning routine if you love your clothes like I do! hehe. Otherwise, your poor shirt is in for the yellow marks at the end of the day! :(

Because most of the yellow stain comes from putting on too much deodorant, and throwing on your shirt before it has a chance to dry! And then the next thing you know, you have ruined your shirt! Because basically you're coating the underarm of your shirt with a layer of wet deodorant that will dry into a thin crust before becoming moist again from your sweat! Eeeek. - The trick is to only use a single thin application of the product and just let it dry completely, before wearing anything. As long as you have appropriate coverage, you're good to go!

There are a lot of products for anti-perspirants/deodorants/body sprays/etc that would suit your needs in the market.. But there are no specific type of which anti-perspirant product that can really work well on everyone. You have to try them on, one by one, as not everyone and every body is the same. For me, I personally like to use the spray and the stick type during the day, the roll-on during night time. Yes, I use deodorant to bed as well! I love waking up to a nice smelling armpit! haha ;p

Here, let me give you an example of the variety of deodorants in the market that you can try!

1. The Roll-On type!
I loveeee Garnier's the most! It smells great! But the Rexona and Nivea's scents, last longer on me

2. The Spray type!
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee the Soap & Glory ones! (in the middle) Cuz they smell so gooood!!! And the United Colors of Benetton's deodorant is as great too!

3. The sticky Stick type!
I would use this whenever I'm late! Because it's dry..so I can get ready fast! No need to wait for it to dry! hehe

4. The natural Mineral Salt Crystal Rock type, The Cream type, and the Mist type!
Gosh I loveee the cream type! It's sooo great..I don't have body odor AT ALL if I wear this! And best of all, it can last up to 7 days! Imagine...just have to wear this only once in a week! How great and convenient! But too bad this thing is so hard to find in the market! T___T

There are a couple of other things that you can try in addition to this step if you want to prevent sweat rings from happening. Because sometimes, although you have taken a lot of steps and precautions to avoid having sweat marks on your shirt, it could still happen because of your wrong choice of fabric for the clothes! Yes I agree that sometimes the quality of the fabric of your clothes can also affect the smell of your sweat, and can make you sweat a lot more than usual. That's why they invented the dress shields (just like my idea of putting the tissue under my armpits! haha)

So anyway..you can try using a dress shield which makes a great job at preserving the underarm area of your shirt! These soft cotton, disposable pads can be sticked into the underarms of your shirt to soak up your excess sweat...so it won't appear on that lovely Zara shirt of yours! hehe

There are two types that I have. One is disposable..and another one is washable!

5. Disposable Sweat Pads!
Stick this to your favourite silk outfits or whatever, and you won't have the sweat mark leaving under your arms! ^__^

6. Washable Sweat Pads!
Or if you're a cheapskate like me who doesn't like to spend so much for my armpit, you can try buying this, instead of the disposable ones (it's too costly in the long run, don't you think? heh). Price around RM 60. You just stick it at your bra strap, and you're good to go! ^__^

If you don't like the idea of either of these extra steps, you should just go easy on the deodorant and antiperspirant and allow it to fully dry before you dress in the morning.. And don't forget to add a little extra step..... to spray your favourite scent! hehe

7. The Fragrances! ^__^
I'm a real perfume collector! I just loveee these little luxuries in life! They make my life a lot more sweeter! hehee ;)

Stranger, Blog ReaDer, and a Friend! :)

I never knew I could be friends with one of my blog readers! - Don't get me wrong..it is not because I'm a stuck up lady who doesn't like to make new friends, but instead, I'm a very, verry shy person in real life actually! haha.. You may see me being all cheery, out going and happy in most of my pictures here, but that doesn't mean I'm not shy when I'm in person, right?! hehee ;p

Yes, I could be friendly. And most people who already know me personally would say that I'm a friendly person or maybe...you can say, kepochi?  hahahah ;p But to be honest with you, I don't think I am. I don't think that I'm thattt friendly, you know! Because I'm always, always have this kind of uneasy/weird/shy feeling whenever I'm meeting someone new/I don't know of! haha. Although...it doesn't seem that way.. And I may look fine or rather confident as you call it.. But only God knows what and how I feel at that particular moment in my life! haha.
Cuz let me tell you my biggest secret heree.... I am such a shy, nervous wreck! Heeee..

And most people that know me just by my name (never say hi to me, that is), would say this very line behind my back.... "Shazwani sombong" (Because of my naturally serious or 'sombong' face if I don't smile, I think? -__- Aiyohh darlinggg, just say hi to me laaa..  I would surely smile back at you and ask you to go for a drink with me! hahah.. - You expect me to smile all the time keee, ha? Ever heard of the line "Tak kenal, maka tak cinta?" LOL. So don't simply assume la, kakakkk. Ok? hehe ;p )

Anyways... I guess, reason why I always get that remark, is because I'm not really a social kind of person. Yes, I do have most of the popular social media network here in this internet world, but that doesn't mean that I'm very err......sociable? (I think, people who get pretty social and chatty on the net mostly are the ones that are not really social in the real world, ey?! haha. - Because they've been spending most of their time in front of their laptops/mobile phones, and not with real people!  - And this silly theory of mine is based from my own silly judgement of my friends, who are social on the net and unsocial when offline! And vice versa! LOL. - I am so not making anyyyy sense here, am I? hahah. Whateverr! ;p)

Anyways...my point is, I'm not really a social kind of person. Yes I'm friendly, but I'm not social. There's a big difference I would say! I can be very friendly and entertaining when I'm in a small circle/group of friends... But when you throw me at some place where there's more than 8 people (even if I know them well), you would see me being soooooo quiet there! hahahah. I don' know why that happens every time! I just can't seem to be so chatty like I normally would! haha. That's why I'm more comfortable having small circle of friends! As they say, it's not about the quantity, but it's about the quality! LOL ;p

Anyway..so..back to my topic today.. (man, that was such a long explanation on the intro part! hahah). I am friendly but unsociable/ anti-social. So for me to make friends 'dengan secara tiba-tiba', with a stranger, would be really really weird! This Shazwani I know, would only say hi to people she's surrounded with at a particular period of time of her life! haha.. i.e: classmates at school/college, roommates at hostel, and colleagues at my workplace. And that's about it! She won't really socialize with other people/strangers that easily. Reason being is because.... SHE'S SO SHY!!! Shy than a cat would! heh. Orang ajak pergi lepak, cancel. Orang ajak pergi bercuti, saya terkejut lalu reject. Orang ajak pergi tengok movie, malas. Orang ajak pergi karaoke, tak nak, tak biasa, tak pernah, segan, tak suka, not me, tak selesa, and the list goes on! haha.. Segala activity bersosial saya akan reject! LOL. This happens whenever a stranger or someone new to me, asks me out! (tapi...my close friends ajak pergi karaoke pon memang saya tak nak pun! Nanti mama saya marah! heheh. Lagipun memang tak biasa and tak suka pergi tempat-tempat macam tu =/ )

Anyways, so...when this cute Ashikin girl started to say hi to me and mengorat me over Twitter a couple of years ago, we started became closer and talk about some BSB stuff, girl stuff, etc..and became friends until now!  haha. Nice move babe! Pandai you keluar kan I from my comfort zone! LOL ;p

When she first asked me out last time, I was so nervous..that I thought I wanted to cancel the date! hahaha. (Meeting a stranger, remember?) But then I told myself to get out from my comfort zone i.e. not talking to strangers and start making new friends! ;p
(and surprisingly, I was the one who talk a lotttttttttttt the whole time! LOL. Nervous and pemalu la sangat tu kannn Cik Wani? -____-')

So..yeah, last year we went out! (She blogged about it, you can view it here!) She asked me to accompany her to buy/choose the shoes for her graduation day... At first, like I said, I was so shy to meet her..but then she mentioned the word shoes, and so I agreed to meet her! LOL. Nice tactic, miss! hahaha ;p

Shuzzies! ^___^

This is @ashjoe ;)

And recently, we had iftar together at Sushi Zanmai The Gardens. We both loveee Sushi Zanmai! I love the Salmon Mentai especially!

....and I gave her a little souvenir from my Paris/Milan trip in June and she gave me an awesome Lip Mask! Love it!!

She's a graduate from a medical uni, taking a Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry degree. - My dream course! That was what I wanted to learn last time..but dad disagreed and asked me to take accountancy instead...sobs. But never mind now...I loveeee what I do now! hihih. - It's true, things happened for a reason! ;)
Anyways..now she's doing the PB business. Good for her! (Go contact her if you wanna buy it/join them!)
