Ariani Lebaran 2016!

Assalamualaikum and hello!

First off, Selamat Hari Raya! Wow...we're already in the mid of Syawal month. Cepatnya masa...Rasa macam baru je Ramadhan! huhu.. So far, this year our Raya was not really meriah as before because Ayden had chickenpox just a week before Raya! So we had to quarantine him from everyone with kids, thus no beraya for us! Sobs...

I was so excited for this year's Raya because Ayden can finally walk! (Last Raya he was just 2 months old!) So that means he can now wear the classic Baju Melayu with songkok and sandals! Awww..cuteness! And of course, mummy also bought a lot of Baju Raya with shawls/scarves too! Mana lagi kalau bukan pergi beli dekat Jakel Mall kan! Semua ada..senang! hehe

Oh my god... Boleh gila kalau pergi Jakel. Semua nakkkk! haha. Especially kalau pergi Ariani! I gotta say, I really love Ariani’s new range of satin printed scarves! Very pretty!!! I seriously had a hard time choosing which one to get! So I ended up with 5! Heeee

Me wearing one of my Ariani purchases on the first day of Raya! I love this range! The lace look so real! - It's a printed shawl by the way!

Anyway, a few weeks ago I got the invitation to the Ariani Lebaran Fashion Show! The amazing event was held at The Grand Ballroom, St. Regis Hotel in KL, just a couple of weeks before Ramadhan.

Wearing Ariani square series scarf!

Sat next to the beautiful twin sisters!

Went there with my sister!

Ariani’s lebaran collection this year featured a combination of beautiful colours, materials and prints that are more unique, modern and elegant, with over 100 designs to choose from. Ranging from shawls to instant hijabs, Ariani 2016 Lebaran Collection includes hijabs in pastel and vibrant colours which are available in both plain and printed options, with price starting from just RM69.

In conjunction with Ramadhan this year, Ariani also featured a beautiful collection of telekung, known as Tarawikh Telekung Ariani X Siti Nurhaliza. This telekung collection is made from soft and comfortable materials, and they come in various designs and colours.

The last part of the fashion show is Ariani’s ready-to-wear collection. This year’s theme is Glam Lebaran and there are several special collections including The Maya Series, The Blooming Series as well as The Chantilly Series, which are priced affordably, starting from only RM179! There’s also The Premium Series RTW collection, which is specially designed for those who loves a bit of luxury and exclusivity. I love the minimal and elegant designs in this collection!

These are some of my fave collection. SO pretty!!

Oh by the way! Ariani ready-to-wear collection is also available in plus sizes! Yay! We are all shaped so differently so having a choice of sizes ranging from XS to XXXL is just great! I love how everyone just cheered and clapped loudly when the curvy models strutted down the runway. Yes, it's pretty refreshing to get to see real people with real body on the runway! Heeee

In case you guys still looking for Open House Raya outfits and shawls, Ariani RTW boutique is located at Wisma Jakel Shah Alam. Some of the Lebaran collections are also available online at www.arianionline.my. Go check it out!

Ariani Lebaran 2015

Hello! Ramadhan Kareem everyone!

Today is my last day of confinement! Woohoooo! Merdeka! I can start my Raya shopping and go out to the malls with my baby and attending events or whatever now! Yayyy..haha  - Duh! It's not like I berpantang fully and tak keluar rumah langsung for the whole 44 days :p

I went to the hospital for a few times during the first and second week and then on the fourth week, I went to a fashion show event by Ariani. I mean how can I resist not attending one of their biggest event of the year, especially when I'm nearing the end of my pantang already! Heee. After a month of sitting at home, I finally got really bored. (I was fine at first, really enjoying my pantang but by the third week, I've been repeating the same routine so I just wanna go out already! huhu)

So I was invited to attend Ariani Lebaran Fashion Show at Mandarin Oriental Hotel last week. This is actually my third time attending Ariani/Jakel's event . Their events are always so grand and extravagant, which was one of the reasons why I wanted to go so badly apart from wanting to get out from the house being so bored of berpantang! haha :p

I knew the fashion show is going to be awesome because Seri Paduka Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Sultanah Hajah Haminah was there and other VVIPs like Toh Puan Datuk Seri Utama Hajah Majimor Binti Sharif (wife to TYT Pulau Pinang), Datuk Seri Sharizat Abdul Jalil (Minister of Women, Family and Community Development) and Datin Seri Hamidah Khamis (wife to the Minister of Home Affairs) were there as well.

All the VVIPs

..and the bloggers

Look how grand it is!

It was a Moroccan/Marrakech theme..
Everything was so beautifully set up! I wonder who was the decorator..

I went there with my sister..

..but sat next to Shea

Ariani's products are designed based on 3 important elements which are exclusivity, modesty and contemporary. They have been in the Muslimah fashion industry for 8 years now, with various scarves choices for all ages. This year’s fashion show showcased over 40 designs from their ‘Graceful Lebaran’ and ‘Lavish Lebaran’ collections. These collections feature lots of plain and printed shawls in vibrant colors, as well as pastel hues. Lace, Swarovski crystals and embellishments add a touch of luxe in their ‘Lavish Lebaran’ collection.

Ariani also carries some Ready-To-Wear attires, apart from scarves. These models are wearing Ariani RTW dresses/abayas collection that they had just launched recently. They are all affordably priced, and the best part is, they are now available online at www.arianionline.com. Yay! Shopping for Raya is so easy now.. No more bersesak-sesak! hehe

The Jewelry Collection Tour!

Hello hello hello girls! Such a looooooong hiatus! I'm sorry! I've been busy moving/rearranging stuff in my closet and traveling here and there, I didn't have the leisure time to update this blog. I promised once everything has settled, I will start blogging regularly like usual, inshaallah! ^__^

If you follow my instagram, you'd know that this is what's going on for a few weeks now..
(...and it's still haven't finished yet! Heee)

Anyway, lately I've been so focused organizing my stuff to store in my closet which explains the silence on the blog. My husband says I'm obsessed with it because I've been carrying my drawing of the closet everywhere to get inspirations on what to put in each area. LOL :p

So whenever there's a bit of a free time, I would list out what are the things that I have, and what/how/which to put in each space/drawers that I have, so everything is gonna be well-organized and easy to see and look for! Gosh...moving from one place to another is so exhausting, man! And so is being an OCD! haha. But I like it! So it's fine with me! ;)

Remember this mirror? hehe. Now this mirror has a new place! ^__^
Last time, I always take my #OOTD / #WIWT / Outfit Of The Day / What I Wear Today pics in front of this mirror every morning! I kinda miss doing it though! Will probably start doing that again when everything is settled.

Anyways... As requested by my followers on Instagram/Blog, here is my jewelry collection tour! Please note that this video is for the people who shared the same interests as mine. If you don't like it, it's fine, I know everyone has different interests. This is my interests and I have collected them for years and years already, and I don't throw away my stuff, thus explains why they're kinda a lot.. hehe.

Enjoy!

By the way if you're wondering, the black suede inserts in the drawers are custom made. While the black tray and bangle holders, I bought them on eBay! - I love eBay! They have amazing stuff!!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to comment/email me. I will try my best to answer your questions! Thanks for watching girls!

Till my next update!

Shazzy.

The Dipped Row Special Raya Sale!

Have you guys bought your Raya purchases yet? Dresses, abayas, baju kurungs, shoes, bags, etc? As of the third day of Ramadhan, I only have 2 dresses for now..hehe. Let's hope in the next 27 days before Eid, I won't be window shopping that much, or else the number of my dresses might probably increase every other day! LOL. ;p

Anyway, I received an email a couple of days ago from Dipped Row - an online jewelry brand, that they're having a special Raya sale! You'd get 15% off on all orders above RM 100! How exciting is that! Looking at their head-turning collection, I already imagine what baju to pair the necklaces that I got my eyes on with!

By the way Dipped Row was founded by three childhood friends, Karina, Azura and Lina, who are self-confessed jewellery addicts. Every piece in the collection is personally curated to showcase a glimmer of their different personalities and style. Their collection features distinctive yet versatile jeweleries, from simple dainty bracelets to head-turning statement necklaces that would surely complement and elevate any ensemble. Necklaces and earrings are embellished with crystal clusters, floral patterns and brightly colored resin stones, while the bracelets are swathed in exotic stingray, phyton and ostrich leather! Every piece is drool-worthy!

Let me just show you a glimpse of what kind of items do the brand carries! - You would want to see more! Look!

Very beautiful pieces, no?!

I love the starfish bangle. Unfortunately they're sold out! :(

Love this Glitter Bug clutch!

How I wish I can display my jewelry collection like this in my wardrobe!

Can you imagine..having rows and rows of sparkly colorful necklaces right in front of me?!
*drools*

Anyway, these are the pictures that I got from the Dipped Row Party that I was invited to, a couple of months ago. I remembered how exciting it was, seeing lotsa cool jewelries on the display table! It's like seeing frosted candies! There were a lot of pretty necklaces and bangles for us to try that day... and we even get to bring home some too, apart from the goodie bag that each of us got from Bobbi Brown and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf drinks! :)

So happy to get my hands on them first! ;)

Really?
Well my man once gave me a mother of pearl earrings when he was in Bangkok last 2 years. But I couldn't wear it because I don't have any piercings! LOL

I love this clutch!!! So chic and edgy!

Nope, these are not earrings! These are sugar cookies!

Now these are the real frosted candies/cupcakes! They were real yummyyyy!

By the way, one of the coolest thing we did that day was to customize our own jewelry!
We were given the opportunity to choose any piece of Dipped Row diamond necklace that was laid on the table, and give it a little makeover by painting it with nail polish! - How awesome is that? I have never thought of doing that before!

Now that I've done this, I might start painting and coloring my other necklaces that I have at home as well!
I love this idea! It's brilliant!

I chose to paint my necklace in blue and yellow since I don't have any yellow necklaces in my collection..

I thought mine was just...average

But I was wrong!
I was one of the winners for the contest! Yay! More Dipped Row items for me! hehe.

The two winners! Yeay I'm one of the them!

Thank you ladies for inviting me! I had a lot of fun that day!! One of the best events I attended this year!
