Of Being Pregnant

I am almost reaching 30 weeks now. About 10 weeks or so to go till I meet my darling baby, inshaallah! Gosh...I am so excited! Scared a little actually, but really excited. I cannot imagine what mommyhood is gonna be like! So many people say it's gonna be tiring but so worth it. So I really cannot wait to experience all of that! :)

Last time (before I got pregnant that is), I never really see myself as a mommy. I always thought being a mom is hard and not everyone can do it. I've seen and read so many stories about parents who are irresponsible, mean, crazy, and so on! So I wondered...which category am I gonna be like? Can I be a good mother? I mean, I'm the last girl in the family...and the gap between us siblings are only 4 years. So I never really get to take care of anyone when I was little. We're just like buddies. And I hardly had the chance to take care of my nieces and nephews when they were little as well! So I guess, I am not really good in handling babies and kids..

I don't even dare to hold babies! Cuz I feel like I'm going to hurt them as they are so fragile! >_< So because of this, I feel like I'm not a mommy material! haha. But despite feeling that way, my husband always say that I'm gonna be a great mom because of how I've always treated him all these while.. (Hmm..Really? Phew! :D ) - Well I hope he meant it and I hope I will be a good mom who will love my children unconditionally. Inshaallah..

Anyways...ever since I announced to the public that I am pregnant, I have been receiving some messages asking me "how" did I get pregnant! LOL - My answer for that would be the natural way, of course! hahaha.

I guess people were asking because we've been married for almost a year and nothing happened with us so far, and then now after 8 months of being together, perut saya tiba-tiba dah ada isi! hehe. Well, some of the ladies who asked me, have been trying to conceive but I guess belum rezeki diorang lagi. So they wanted tips from me on how did I get lucky! heh. Oh dear, I wish I could help...but really, it's all in God's hands.

When Hazim and I got married in 2013, I told him that I didn't want to get pregnant straight away like everyone else. I wanted to wait for a few months before we try on getting pregnant..because I only know him for like 1-2 years before we got married. So I still want to enjoy being just "husband and wife", rather than "mommy and daddy" staright away after kahwin.

As people always say, "before kahwin lain, after kahwin lain", so I wanted to know him more and more before we call ourselves parents and have a lot of responsibilities to carry. He agreed on this. - Because I believe that a happy family, starts with a happy couple. Thus I want us to really get to know each other, and be really transparent with everything without anyone else interfere with our lives just yet. Something like "just us against the world" like thattt..hahaha. So we wanted to have a little more fun, and bercinta habis-habisan before we have our little ones. And so we did! :)

They always say "bercinta selepas kahwin" is awesome. Well it's true! Sometimes we both wonder why laaaa, some people don't want to get married just yet (those yang dah mampu  and have everything I mean), because really...Hidup berkahwin ni best! I've never been happier in my life! We are so in love and happy with each other that we didn't realize that it has been a year since we tied the knot! I guess it's true what people say.. when you're having fun, time flies so fast! ^__^

So after enjoying each other for about 8 months, Hazim said he is ready to be a daddy already, and didn't want to wait anymore and asked me when I'm going to ovulate. haha. Cute. So...one day, it happened! Little #shazim is on the way now! LOL. About 3 months to go inshaallah!

Being pregnant has changed a lot in my life so far. I can't wear most of my clothes. I can only wear abayas or baju kurung. And I sleep a lot during the day too (always tired and sleepy!). I get weird dreams almost everyday as well! And sometimes I cried in my sleep! ishh. I also became sooooooo lazy and feel like crap everyday! I don't really drive anymore. I can't remember a lot of things. I became soooo forgetful and clumsy (blame the pregnancy brain!). I hate shopping malls. I hate seeing people. My skin and hair became so dry. I didn't really like make up and fashion anymore (which is weird!). I can't eat sushi which I love so much! T__T And I find myself always struggling to eat rice/our Malaysian dishes. Ughh. My tummy get super bloated each time I eat rice. But I LOVEEEE bread, pasta, pizza, eggs, fast food (T__T) and cheese, by the way!

My kind of food!!

I read in my pregnancy book, that our body absorbs about 60% of what you put in it. You know like shampoos, conditioners, hair sprays, lotions, perfumes, all that face creams and lotions and make up, etc etc. So that made me really think about everything I was using all these while! All those chemicals that I slather on my face, hair and body! Goshh...too much chemicals inside my body! So now that I'm pregnant, I didn't want to continue using crap products for my body knowing that it's going to absorb all that and transfer it to the baby.. So I went completely natural for my face/body products. I use lotsa natural stuff like shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil and also some organic brands..

One of my favourite brands for mama! The Earth Mama & Angel Baby brand. Love all their products!!! The bath foam smells really really good!

I even use the natural laundry soap for my laundry! I use the Eco Nuts that I ordered off Amazon! I heard they make great shampoo as well! Can't wait to give it a try!

So I kept all my SK II products, my Kérastase shampoo, my Sephora stuff and etc in the cupboard, and start using oils as my skin moisturizer. I only wear make up occasionally when I want to go out and meet people...just to make me feel a little better about myself as being pregnant has made me feel like crap everyday! haha.

I'm lucky though I didn't really get morning sickness for this pregnancy. Only nausea and bloated tummy.. but no vomiting (except only when I intended to - by self induced vomiting that is. Yuck, I know! Don't ask me why I did that.. Hard for me to explain to people to make them understand why I did that. Different people, different pregnancy, ok? huhu).

My journey so far....

Anyways, I love being pregnant. The feeling you get when the baby kicks and turns is amazing, mashaallah! One thing I don't really like about being pregnant would be to wake up every few hours to pee! Oh my God..it is sooooo tiring! Sometimes I couldn't sleep at all because I would be going to the loo every 1 hour! And now that I'm in my third trimester, lagiiiii lah! I'd be sitting on the toilet for every 20-30 minutes sometimes! *cries*. Sometimes I feel like wearing an adult diaper just so I don't have to walk to my bathroom every few minutes or hours! LOL. But seriously penat! I'm sure this is something every pregnant woman will complain about! hahaha. But I love drinking A LOT of water since becoming pregnant. Like...3 to 4 litres per day! So imagine lah..kalau orang pregnant yang tak selalu minum pun selalu akan kencing, inikan pula saya yang kerap haus & minum air every hour! Kena tidur dalam toilet je la jawabnya..tskk T__T

And oh! Of course..the body changes is also something I'm not so happy about! My boobies became so sensitive, swelling, painful.. It's hard to sleep sometimes because the pain is just unbearable at times. tskkk. And then people keep on telling me there will be lotsa red, ugly stretch marks on the belly, thighs, bums and boobies! Oh no.... *another problem in my life!*

All of my friends who have had babies told me to start right away so your body absorbs the lotions and oils and will help it stretch and prevent stretch marks. So the minute I found out I was pregnant, I went crazy and bought all the lotions and oils I think I need, for my boobies and belly, hoping I won't get stretch marks! haha. As of now..I have about 10 different oils and lotions for my belly! Tatau lah sempat habis before beranak ke tak ni.. hahaha *paranoid mummy-to-be*

I also bought a pregnancy pillow too, because I normally sleep with pillows in between my legs to get comfortable in bed. But since I hit the second trimester, I find it hard to sleep comfortably as I need some back support while I turn sideway and hug the pillows. So this pregnancy body pillow has helped me getting a good night sleep, apart from my wonderful husband who never fail to massage me before I go to bed! ^__^

Ever since I got pregnant, he became even more gentle and loving towards me. He loves my big and growing belly and is sooo excited when the baby kicks! hehe. He would fulfill whatever things I want and need. Ahhh....I am so blessed to have this man in my life! I am truly grateful for these two gifts in my life; my husband and our baby.

Anyway, last week we both went for a breastfeeding class that was held in Publika. It was a 4.5 hour class. Quite long, but so worth it! We learnt a lot from it! I cannot wait for our antenatal class next month! And definitely can't wait for my next appointment with my doctor in Prince Court for my 32 week ultrasound! I love hearing the baby's heart beat and seeing my baby even just from the monitor! :)

A little update!

Hellllowwww!

Wow, I'm not sure if anyone still reads this space since the author herself is missing for months now.. haha. But here is me writing again!

Sorry for the lack of updates! I know it has been like 4 months I've been away from this blog. I even got messages and emails asking me whether I'm doing okay or not. haha. - Cute! But I'm fine guys...it's just that I've been happily married and got no time to blog like last time. I loveeee spending time with my husband. He's my everything! (We're still on our honeymoon phase. Yes still! With him, everyday is a lovely day! hehe. So that explains why I don't spend as much time being online like last time, cuz I'd rather spend it with my amazing husband whenever we both are free! Heeee). And we were quite busy setting up our businesses last year which took a lot of my time too, so again...no time to blog! hehe

And now that I'm pregnant pulak, I got all these nausea, bloated stomach, tiredness and sleepiness most of the time. Sigh. So yeah, my pregnant body just couldn't be bothered to switch on my Macbook and start updating things with you guys. I feel like I owe too many stories on this blog, and that just made me even more slower to write about them here! LOL. Oh well...one step at a time la k. For now, Instagram is my mini diary. Go follow me there! hehe

Anyways, I am now almost reaching 7 months pregnant! About 3 months to go, inshaallah. Wow...time flies so fast! I haven't even bought anything for my baby yet! I’ve been researching safety and reviews of baby products from cribs, to strollers to diapers to detergents almost since I’ve become pregnant. They're my new hobby!

My friends and family find it surprising that up until today, I haven’t bought a single thing for the baby. Well actually...I have. But just a couple of things la, like baby clothes and feeding equipment only, that I purchased justttttt recently! The rest like bathing care, beddings, travel gadgets and others are not in my shopping basket just yet! - My friend said it's surprising to know this because I'm usually the impulse shopper kind of girl. I just take and buy everything that caught my eye without even thinking sometimes! haha. But for my baby, I've been doing a lot of research online and watch reviews on YouTube, before I make the decision to purchase. I wanna make sure everything that I buy for the baby is safe and good!

We aren’t finding out the sex so most things I am buying are white, cream, yellow, orange, green, baby blue, grey or silver.

Oh, this is so cute, right?!!

Although I haven't bought a lot of things for my baby yet, I did purchase quite a few pregnancy stuff for myself like lotions and oils to prevent stretch marks, pregnancy pillow, and a belly belt for my expanding tummy! I haven't bought a single pregnancy/maternity attire though. I'm left about 3 months away, and I could still fit in some of my regular clothes. - Cuz if I wear big blouses or jubah/abaya, people wouldn't think I am pregnant..because I don't look pregnant when I wear loose outfits, and they would think I just put on a lot of weight or I ate a large meal or something. haha. And I hate that, because being/looking pregnant is nice. People often treat you nice by giving you priority to ride the elevator first, or give you their seat or something! hehe. So yeah, I still wear my regular clothes just to look pregnant! ;p

Me and my 6 months belly!

Anyway...one thing I HATE about being pregnant the most is the itchy scalp, itchy belly, itchy boobies, and just itchy all over your skin/body! Everything is itchy and super dry!!! My scalp is flaky, my lips are super dry, my face is sensitive, my whole skin/body is dry, and my boobies & belly is stretching everyday! T__T

I hate it. Seriously. I feel like crap everydayyyyy!

I now understand what they mean when they say you're no longer look the same once you're a mom. I mean, the process of the body to change in becoming a mom is just......erm...horrifying for me - being the kind of girl who used to care about everything from hair to toe that is! Everything just doesn't seem and look like it used to be! And I'm not even a mom yet! tskkk. But I guess, once I see my baby, I wouldn't care so much about all these things. Plus, my husband keeps on telling me that he would still love me no matter how and what I look like, whenever I'm membebel-ing in front of the mirror. haha (That's sweet of you, but you know I still want to look nice for myself! hahah ;p)

Hmm...I cannot imagine the day I find out I have grey hairs! I must be screaming my lungs out! hahaha ;p
Where's that pregnancy glow that the magazine promised you?!
T___T

Anyways, here's what I used so far for my whole body:

1) For my dry hair/scalp I have been doing this treatment:

The hot oil treatment for hair and scalp!

In general, my hair is quite healthy. I don't have much problem with my hair. My husband loves my hair too. But ever since I got pregnant, my hair looked dry and flat, and my scalp is super flaky, it's horrible!! I didn't know what to do other than shampooing regularly. But while drug store hair care products contain enriching ingredients that keep your hair looking good, treating yourself to a hot oil treatment with either coconut oil or olive oil or hemp seed oil or jojoba oil, will add that extra healthy glow to your hair and scalp! These oils are a natural moisturizer and can help with dandruff and dry hair! I would do this hot oil treatment once a week! My flaky scalp is now diminishing and getting better! Thank god! ^__^

2) For my skin on my face:

I used the Laneige Water Bank series every other day. I don't really used them everyday. Just the day I feel a little extra rajin. haha. I don't really put oil on my face anymore, because for some reason, doing so has made my skin irritated and itchy.

3) As for my lips:

I used Chu Lips lipbalm!

Chu Lip lipbalms are formulated with delicious blend of recipes as well as enhanced with moisturizing ingredients of Olive Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil and Rose Hip Oil for happy and healthy lips! ‘Chu’ means kiss in Japanese, by the way.

I love the packaging! It's a fun way to apply lipbalm! The Chu Lip lipbalm comes in a fun and stylish dome shape with an easy glide-on formula. It is available in four attractive colours, each comes with its unique secret blend of fragrances. With Chu Lip, applying lipbalm is so fun, unique and amazingly cute! Just remove the top cover to reveal the balm then kiss it to nourish and moisturize your lips! My lips are never dry anymore! You can get this at all leading pharmacies and major supermarket outlets at RM25.90 each.

5) Lastly, as for my whole body, I used these things:

The Elemis Japanese Camelia body oil - because Victoria Beckham says this thing works for preventing stretch marks!

Earth Mama Angel Baby products!

And some other oils and body butter like L'Occitane Almond Oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter skin therapy oil, Lifeflo Pure Coconut Oil, and L'Occitane Shea Butter.

Yes. I know, I have a lot of oils and lotions. I like to switch them up. Many will say that stretch marks is genetics, and while I agree with that, I do still think that it is important to use lotions and keep your skin moisturized and that it does help in preventing dry itchy skin, and possibly stretch marks as well. I used different oils or butters every day. And I have been using them religiously every night & day, since the day I found out that I got pregnant. So far I don't have anything yet on my belly. They say it would only appear during the last trimester or month. But I got a friend who has stretch marks at only 6 months preggy. So it's better to be prepared, right?

Anyways, I also did my own homemade body butter. My friend did this and she has amazing and beautiful skin!

Using all natural and raw butters!

I used pure coconut oil, olive oil, raw mango butter, cocoa butter, aloe butter, and shea butter for this recipe. I added everything into a pot on my stove and heated it up until they all became oil. Then I poured the mix into a container and popped it in the fridge. When cold the natural butter will harden but when warm it becomes soft and sometimes even back into an oil form.

I have a few extra jars left over and I'm planning to give some away to my friends who are expecting as well. If you're pregnant and would like a jar please leave a comment and if I have enough I will gladly send you one! :)

Will update more on my pregnancy soon!

Shazzy.

Fashion Accessory For Your Eyes!

Colored contact lenses are the most amazing innovation of the fashion industry. Me, myself cannot live without them! It either enhances your original eye color or completely masks it behind opaque contact lenses. I'm a seriously shortsighted girl, so I need glasses to see the world but I hate wearing them! I feel like I'm not free to do my things somehow, as the spectacles tend to move or drop as I move around. So that's why I opted for lenses. I know it's a bit tedious job to insert them in your eyes every morning, adding one more step of getting ready in the bathroom, but once you get used to it, you'll like it! And you'll feel like your eyes are normal again! haha. When I was in school, I used to wear the clear lens but now I prefer the colored ones. Cuz I thought, while I'm wearing them, why not add a little glam to it by wearing the colored ones, right? It's like instant make up for my eye! haha. A lot of people are now switching from glasses to colored contact lenses as they are more attractive, handy, beneficial and can give you a complete transformation!

Light makeup application is required to create a blending-effect with the colored lenses.

The underlying fact behind every successful makeup application is to go “natural”. Do not self-assume that more makeup means more beautiful eyes. Remember: less is more! Unless if you have a costume party or glam dinner or something to go to, then it should be fine to wear a little more. Otherwise, if it's just a normal day, you should just go natural. "As long as you focus on natural strokes, you are staying pretty", a make up guru once told me!

Enhancing the way your eyes look with colored contact lenses by proper makeup application can beautify your eyes and add glamour if you wear them properly with the right technique. According to my make up artist that I used during my wedding, which was the amazing BOSCO, you can embellish your eyes with the right choice of eye shadows to complement your contact lenses. I still remember, he asked me what were my dress' color and the color of my contact lenses, before applying my make up on that day. He wanted to ensure everything synchronizes and complements with each other! --- And I loved my look that night!!!

I love how unique the lace detailing circling the lenses

Anyways, today I'm going to share with you some tips that make your eyes look sexy with colored contact lenses. I have one new product that I recently tried on! A brand called Lacelle by Bausch + Lomb. Their colors are amazing, perfect accessory for the eyes! So when wearing a colored contact lenses, it's all about blending with colors! - Your overall make up look, your eye color and of course, your outfit of the day plays an important role as well!

Eye Makeup with Grey Colored Contact Lenses

I'm using Lacelle by Bausch + Lomb in Frozen Grey

While wearing grey lenses, apply beige highlighter on brow bones and stroke lightly on the eye lids. Apply brown eye shadow to create depth into the eye socket. Light warm pink blush on the inner corner of eyes will really open up the eyes. And don't forget, the eyeliner and mascara to pop the eye of course!

I'm wearing a grey/black outfit to complement my make up and lenses

Eye Makeup with Purple Colored Contact Lenses

I loveee how natural this Jubilee Violet by Lacelle look on me. It doesn't look weird or "too purple" for the eyes, even up close!

Apply white or beige eye shadow as a highlighter on brow bones. This will also give volume to your eye lids if applied on sparingly. Apply purplish grey or dark brown eye shadow to give depth to the eye socket while wearing purple lenses. Some sheer light pink eye shadow application at the inner corner of your eyes will make them sparkle!

Does my eye match with my outfit? ;)

Outfit of the day: Purple!

Eye Makeup with Black/Natural Colored Contact Lenses

Wearing Modest Black by Lacelle

Highlight your eyes using gold eye shadow when you wear black lenses. Apply a thin line of eyeliner. Wear your blackest mascara. Lastly, add a healthy fresh look by adding a touch of soft peach at the inner corner of eyes.

Wear a natural color outfits like brown/black to go with the look!

Lacelle Colors daily disposable contact lenses come in five different colors that are sure to accentuate your eyes’ natural color. They are Jubilee Violet, Sparkling Brown, Frozen Grey, Tender Brown and Modest Black. Each daily disposable contact lens has an intricate lace pattern that gives your eyes a fascinating and more appealing look. Whether you’re attending a formal event or an outrageous party, the colorful and unique lace pattern will surely turn heads your way! Wear it for extended periods of time all throughout the night without worrying about protein build-up and dry eyes. These contact lenses are made with materials that allow for high water content with an especially smooth and build-up resisting surface that will keep you feeling fresh even after sundown!

The Jewelry Collection Tour!

Hello hello hello girls! Such a looooooong hiatus! I'm sorry! I've been busy moving/rearranging stuff in my closet and traveling here and there, I didn't have the leisure time to update this blog. I promised once everything has settled, I will start blogging regularly like usual, inshaallah! ^__^

If you follow my instagram, you'd know that this is what's going on for a few weeks now..
(...and it's still haven't finished yet! Heee)

Anyway, lately I've been so focused organizing my stuff to store in my closet which explains the silence on the blog. My husband says I'm obsessed with it because I've been carrying my drawing of the closet everywhere to get inspirations on what to put in each area. LOL :p

So whenever there's a bit of a free time, I would list out what are the things that I have, and what/how/which to put in each space/drawers that I have, so everything is gonna be well-organized and easy to see and look for! Gosh...moving from one place to another is so exhausting, man! And so is being an OCD! haha. But I like it! So it's fine with me! ;)

Remember this mirror? hehe. Now this mirror has a new place! ^__^
Last time, I always take my #OOTD / #WIWT / Outfit Of The Day / What I Wear Today pics in front of this mirror every morning! I kinda miss doing it though! Will probably start doing that again when everything is settled.

Anyways... As requested by my followers on Instagram/Blog, here is my jewelry collection tour! Please note that this video is for the people who shared the same interests as mine. If you don't like it, it's fine, I know everyone has different interests. This is my interests and I have collected them for years and years already, and I don't throw away my stuff, thus explains why they're kinda a lot.. hehe.

Enjoy!

By the way if you're wondering, the black suede inserts in the drawers are custom made. While the black tray and bangle holders, I bought them on eBay! - I love eBay! They have amazing stuff!!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to comment/email me. I will try my best to answer your questions! Thanks for watching girls!

Till my next update!

57 Years and Counting!

MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!

That is the resounding proclamation of joy rang out over the Merdeka Stadium fifty seven years ago, representing freedom and hope to all the people of Malaya and subsequently Malaysia. But what does the word MERDEKA mean today, after so many years??

To me, Merdeka means we get to call ourselves, Malaysians, the people with a nation of our own! Merdeka is also about peace and harmony. Malaysia is a multiracial country with a rich cultural heritage. Diversity of races, religions and cultures is a significant characteristic of our nation. Hence, we must do whatever it takes to ensure that the balance between development and progress does not jeopardise it! We can only achieve national unity through loving our fellow Malaysians from other races, religious beliefs and loving the country especially! :)

Speaking about Merdeka, there's a contest by CelcomEscape going on right now that wants you to share your version of Merdeka! Who knows..you might just be lucky! All you need to do is to make a short video of your version of Merdeka or your love for Malaysia by featuring a person, a cause, a belief or anything that celebrates and promotes the legacy of Malaysia!  And get ready to stand a chance to win RM157,000 worth of prizes!!!

Here’s how to enter:
  1. Step 1 - Shoot a video of up to 3 minutes in length with any device. Be sure to capture the Malaysian spirit!
  2. Step 2 - Base your video on the theme “Di Sini Lahirnya Sebuah Cinta”, the first line of Sudirman’s “Warisan”. Any part(s) of the song must be included in your video.
  3. Step 3 - Submit your video through a YouTube link or DVD by 18 August 2014.

When we practice love, we inevitably learn to accept our rich diversity and seek national unity instead. Love is about being patient and kind. It does not envy or boast. Love is not self-seeking or proud. Love in this spiritual sense is what Malaysians need to fully realise our destiny as fellow human beings!

Ke Pangkuan Bonda

I was invited to the premiere of the PETRONAS Raya 2014 video last Thursday. Such a sweet video! I'm always looking forward to watch PETRONAS' Raya video! Have you guys seen this year's video? It reminds me of the good old days when I still had a kampung to go back to!

Tengok gambar ni, teringat video ayam that I took in my kampung on Raya 2011. hehe

The video tells a humble story about the noble values we learn from our parents and the values we pass on to our children through age-old family traditions. Ke Pangkuan Bonda is inspired by the proverb "home is where the heart is"! A seamless journey of a family in welcoming Aidilfitri celebration. Ahhh....I miss my kampung! And my grandmother!

A full-length of this ad is about 2 minutes 40 seconds. I love the village atmosphere in this video! Full of warmth, joy, fun and excitement of the Raya celebration. I also love the timeless classic song Suasana Hari Raya that has a new twist!

Talking about balik kampung, this will be my first year celebrating Eid as a wife! And I'm soooo excited to celebrate it at my husband's kampung in Kedah! He keeps on bragging that Raya in Kedah is soooo fun! haha. I can already imagine that actually, knowing that his family are all so warm, funny and friendly, like a true Kedahan! hehe. I really look forward to meeting his grandmother and the rest of the uncles/aunties and families! Beraya ramai-ramai syiokkk! ;) The only thing that I don't look forward to is......THE TRAFFIC!!! It's gonna be a looooooong ride for us! Oh no... make sure to stock up lotsa coffee in the car!

Anyway, prior to the launch of the web film, PETRONAS also announce their Hari Raya "Coffee Break Campaign" in its effort to raise road safety awareness among motorists during balik kampung exodus.

So if you're feeling sleepy or tired from driving, take a break, pull over and refresh yourselves with some complimentary coffee and snacks at 39 PETRONAS stations nationwide on 25th & 26th July as well as 1st and 2nd August

Shop with Rakuten!

These days with so many online shopping websites, I rarely go out anymore. I'd rather be in my most comfortable pajamas, sit on my bed with a cup of coffee in my hand and browse through shopping websites and click what to buy! I find it so therapeutic that I do it almost everyday now! hehe. Plus, it's 24 hours so I can shop at my own schedule and don't have to drag myself out, driving and stuck in jam, then find parking some more and later walk with pain, deal with crowds and lines some more... when I can just get the same item delivered to my door within days!

My shopping items for this week alone! haha. I bought some baju kurungs/dresses, shoes, chocolates, some accessories, hangers, dish rack, mini washing machine and more baju! heheee. Trust me, you don't wanna see the rest of my July shopping items! Too many things that my husband thinks I have a bit of a problem! LOL. Blame the Raya season! A girl's gotta get her new bedsheets, towels, slippers, shoes, dresses, kitchen utensils, etc, no?! :p

So if I find myself having trouble sleeping, I would browse what things to buy.. things like for household, food stuff, things for my husband, for myself, for my mom, and even for future buys like baby stuff although I'm not pregnant yet! haha. I just find strollers are such interesting items to learn about! So many different designs and colors and technology! Browsing is fun, right girls?! ^__^ For me, online shopping is always fun and relaxing! Just sit at home and wait for the packages to come to me. Ah, I love the internet! God bless whoever invented shopping websites! hehe

Anyway, have you guys done with your Raya shopping yet? Well you should because Raya is less than 2 weeks now! One of the many reasons why I love shopping online is because of the promotional codes and discounts too! Ever heard of an online shopping website called Rakuten? The online shopping mall platform always provide awesome deals with easy buying experience that creates a fun shopping spree!!

Rakuten is the number 1 Online Shopping Mall from Japan that has more than 100,000 of products ranging from Electronics, Fashion, Health & Beauty, Toys, Furniture/Interior stuff, Kitchen items and many more at Rakuten Malaysia.
There are too many items and shops to browse on Rakuten, it's exciting! I had like more than 20 items in my cart in one hour!! All from different stores! hehe. Wanna see? ^__^

Bought some Japanese chocolates from Arigatou shop via Rakuten Malaysia

They arrived within just few days!
^___^

I ordered some scarves hangers too! I love it! It's quite cheap and space-friendly as well! I'm gonna buy more of them!! You can get it here

Choosing scarves is so easy now!

I also bought another type of hanger, the pole type like the one I showed on my Instagram. You can view here to purchase it!

Then I bought this dish rack for sink for my kitchen (that's not my kitchen though. hehe) from this shop called Glitterstarz Mart

Mini washing machine that I decided to place it in my closet...for a mini laundry day! ;)

This is perfect for my delicate items like lingeries or lace bras and stuff like that..hehe. Sometimes we use it as our laundry hamper! I love that it's portable, lightweight and cheap!! Only RM 179 for a washing machine?! Perfect for a camping trip or living in hostel/dorms! Get yours here!

I love shopping on Rakuten because of their variety of products available to purchase! I find myself always browsing through the kitchen and interior stuff these days! My husband said I have too many clothes and beauty stuff already... Hence I decided to purchase items other than that two departments, so he cannot marah if he sees me buying them! hehee. Like the other day, he was so excited seeing that mini washing machine that I got myself from the website! He said "this is brilliant! At least I can use some of your shopping items now". haha. Hearing that makes me wanna buy this pulak..

I'm sure he can use this too for our bed! hehe

Anyway.. last week, a shop called Kelvin Gems from Rakuten site, gave me this beautiful piece of jewelry for me to add into my collection in my jewelry armoire!

A piece of jewelry would always remind me of my wedding! Ahh...the good old days, planning every little details! haha

So this is the Kelvin Gems Premium Multiway Pendant Made With SWAROVSKI Zirconia in 18K White Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver Necklace, one of their signature designs. It's really beautiful! I love ittt!

Made with Swarovski Zirconia. The stone is as brilliant as a diamond that my husband thinks it IS a real diamond! haha

Round pure brilliance cut. Very shiny and very elegant! Great for dinner and parties! How I wish it's longer so I can wear it under my hijab! But hey..pakai kat rumah pun apa salahnya kan? hehe

Four different ways of wearing it!
