Happy 30 Sexy Years, Guess!

I was invited to celebrate Guess's 30th Anniversary event at Guess, Pavilion KL, last Saturday. Went there with my girls, Esther and Tammy.  We missed the fashion show though..we were a wee bit late. haha.. So we were there to be among the first to view their latest collection..and to shop around..and eat/drink..and mingle! hehe.. There were celebrities, models and all the pretty looking people over there! I was mesmerized with all the gorgeous girls I saw that day! ^__^

This global lifestyle brand is famous for its innovative and trend-setting denim. I still remember I bought my very first pair of jeans from Guess at the age of 15, and have been keeping it since then and loving it until now! ^__^  (but can't really fit in them though.. They are too tight now..haha ;p)

This 30th anniversary campaign, starring the former Guess model, Claudia Schiffer, who has been photographed in Guess campaigns since the company's early years.. which delivers a powerful mood of sensuality and individuality in classic black and white images staying true to Guess' roots..

Day Two in Hong Kong: A Magical Saturday in Disneyland!

So on our second day, we've spent another day in Hong Kong Disneyland, since it is soooo big that you need at least two days to discover all rides and entertainment in there!  ^___^

For those who haven't been to any Disneyland before, you must be wondering what's so special and magical about Disneyland that you need to spend a whole day in there, right?? Oh well.. Disneyland offers a world-class, unique family entertainment experience inspired by the original Disney's stories, and it features some of the best classic attractions and entertainment in there! And it is so big and have a lot of fun theme lands and attractions that you surely wouldn’t want to miss all of them! So that’s why you gotta need at least two days in Disneyland! ^__^ 

And Hong Kong Disneyland is designed for guests to leave their troubles behind and enter a world of yesterday, tomorrow, adventure and fantasy! ^__^

What Woman Wants in a Marriage..

Recently I read an article about what woman wants in a relationship/marriage, that was forwarded to me via email from my friend.. which I find it very true and thus, today..I would like to share this on my blog.. :)

I'm not sure who wrote it though. Kindly let me know if you know it.. But from the article, it says that the author is a man/ustaz.  If it is true, mashaallah..he must be such an understanding, lovely husband!
I agree with every word he says here. As a woman, I too..want all these from my dearly future husband. Inshaallah! :)


What Woman Wants in a Marriage?

1. Woman get married to find a special friend 

2. They want someone who will..

• Share their secrets 
• Laugh and joke with them
• Love them unconditionally  
• Cherish and adore them while being romantic 
• Making them feel beautiful 

3. She wants a man strong in his deen. 

4. Someone who can stand up and take the responsibility of the household, and help raise their children in accordance with Islam 

5. They want someone who will be attracted to them emotionally through their personality, and attracted to them through their bodies. 

6. A woman wants a partner who will strive together with her through this life.

7. Laughing and rejoicing through the good times.

8. Sticking by each other and supporting each other through the bad times 

9. A woman wants her husband to be her friend, companion and her soul mate! 

10. Any good husband MUST realize that a woman's primary need is: EMOTIONAL

11. He must take into account the prophetic tradition 

12. And strive to be the BEST to his wife.  

13. He must take care of their wives and this entails treating them with love and respect, and striving to make them happy as men have been assigned this responsibility by Allah.

14. If a husband can fulfill his wife's primary needs, not only Allah would reward him, but his wife will definitely be content with him, and together the couple's life will be more HARMONIOUS!

15. When a woman's needs are fulfilled, she will be MORE willing to fulfill her husband's needs. 

16. The BEST way to satisfy a woman's emotional needs is to LISTEN to her and respond to her with COMPASSION. 

17. By listening to her intently, with your undivided attention, and taking a genuine interest in what she has to say, she will feel loved, cherished and important! 

18. And men must realize that when she approaches you with her problems, she doesn't necessarily want solutions, she just wants a sympathy and UNDERSTANDING. 

19. To have a successful relationship, both must understand each other's needs. A husband must take into account that a woman's needs and expectations are different than a man's, and vice versa. 

20. If a woman and man finds a complete, fulfilling relationship, it is then that... A GREAT INTIMACY FOR BOTH HAS BEEN ACHIEVED! 

If you found someone that can fulfill all these, hold on to it. And never let go and take things for granted. And always appreciate the person and strive to please one another.. May Allah grand us all the knowledge to please our spouse everyday, and to live in a harmonious life together, forever. Lush is Love!

Ever heard of a cosmetic brand called Lush, ladies?? Oh well... it's something like The Body Shop, but much much muchhh moreeee awesomer! heheheh ;p -Body Shop used to be my fave brand for body products, ever since high school.. (My first cosmetics that I tried and purchased back then was from The Body Shop too, btw)

Well..I've seen this Lush shop before when I was in Paris, London, Amsterdam, few years ago..But I don't know whyyyyy I didn't go inside the shop to check it out.. - Every time when I felt the urge to go inside the shop...there must have something that happened after that or... I got not much time or something like that... =__=' 

So anyway, last December, when I was in Zurich...finally, I get to go inside! ^___^

And mannnnnn......I felt like a fat kid in a candy store!! hehe. I was soooooo fascinated by the stuff in hereeee!!! O___O
This shop is sooooo colorful and has a lot of pretty, awesome, cute, interesting stuff to look at!! Oh, I fell in love instantly! hehe

Just look at all these soaps!!! Isn't it cool??!! And best of all, these are all HANDMADE! Yes, Lush is a handmade cosmetic company that uses fruits and vegetables, essential oils, synthetic ingredients, honey and beeswax in their products...and they don't use animal fats in their products at all! And just like Body Shop, they are also against animal testing and only perform tests solely with volunteers! Isn't it grrreat?! hehe

Everything is in black containers, tubs and bottles.. with a cute font of descriptions on it!

These are the facial cleansers! Everything looks so interesting, I felt like buying all! haha

But I settled for this Herbalism cleanser. It's for oily/acne prone skin like mine.. And it's such a great product! It's great for people who have oily or combination skin.. 

The smell isn't great. But it didn't really bother me - This thing smells like earthy kind of smell..some people don't like it..But for me, it's ok!

These are their fresh face masks..made from a very fresh ingredients! They smell verrry natural...and they have such a cute name too! Oatifix, Love Lettuce, Cosmetic Warrior,  Brazened Honey, A Crash Course In Skincare, Cupcake, etc etc!

I only bought 4 items that day! I really feel like buying a lot, especially the bath/body products, but since I still have a lot of body products at home (4 stacks/racks of body stuff in my bathroom) that has not even reached 50% of usage for each bottle! tskkk.. So...the rationale woman in me said, just try some product first... And later, when most of my Soap and Glory products has finished...then only I buy new stuff! heeee ;p

So yeah, I bought the Herbalism cleanser, since I heard that it's great (and it is! Been using it since December! And I love it! ^__^), the Tea Tree Water toner, the Cosmetic Warrior face mask, and the bubble bar soap called The Comforter.. 

Wanted to buy more face products that day...but I just purchased some facial stuff from SK II and Sothys.. And I don't want to keep on changing products! Heeee... So that explains why I decided to purchased those stuff; Cleanser, Toner, Mask and a Soap :)

.....I'm lovin' this face mask! But the smell is horrible though...hahaha ;p

It smells like egg or something! But oh well, never mind..cuz this stuff is gooood!

Day One in Hong Kong: Whole Day in Disneyland!! :)

Hey peeps! I just came back from a short trip to Hong Kong and Indonesia! Oh, it feels so good to have a little break from my stressful life right now. heh.. Oh well...not so stressful anymore, actually.. I had a great holiday! hehe ;p So anyway, now that I'm back, I'm gonna share with you guys all my holiday experience in here! But for now..I'm gonna start my stories on Hong Kong first!  ;)

So..as I mentioned earlier, I went to HK with my brother only...while my parents went to Japan. So yeah, it was the first time I travelled on my own without daddy's supervision! And I've survived! I feel so proud of myself... LOL ;p

(The last time I went to Japan-alone, didn't really count, as I went there with my friends/other students in a group. And this time, I was totally on my own! I love being independent! heheh ;p) 

So since our flight was so early in the morning (around 7 am), so the day before our flight, we decided to stay at the KLIA Pan Pacific Hotel since it's nearer to the airport and it's easier for both me and my brother to go to the airport straight from the hotel, early in the morning later on..

Oh, there's welcome back note! Gotta love the hotel! hehe
