I've been so busy with my life lately. Busy having fun. Busing working. Busy finding time for myself. Busy with my loved ones. Busy thisss...Busy that. The word for today is, BUSY.

Yes, I'm a busy young lady... Always got things to do. Dunno doing what....but I'm BUSY! haha... Well...most of the time, busy being tired actually. And that explains why this blog looks like it's almost dead already! ;p

My Marie France Treatment Continues!

I'm too tired to explain anything. Cuz I just had an awesome Sunday with my girls. So right now, body is too tired to think and type... So I think, some pictures will do ya...to update you guys on my Marie France treatment...hehee ;p

Did the CPT treatment

Did a few wrapping around the body with this thing. Don't know what they call it... But this thing sure did feel heavy, thick and hot on the body! But me liked it!

The VIP coffee bar. (In the "unVIP" coffee bar, they serve Nescafe Gold over there...here, it's a different coffee. A VIP coffee, I suppose? hehehe ;p 

I've always loved getting ready in this VIP Bathroom after I have done with my treatment..

Okayyy...dah siap! Boleh balik! hehee

Oh...I'm happy cuz I think, I lost weight some more.....after weighing today! (But errr....not a huge amount laaa kan..hehe. But still, I'm happy!! ^_^)



P/s: I can now fit perfectly in my old jeans! (which I can't zip it...in the last few months! heheh ;p)

Of Gossip Girls, 'Lipstick Jungle', SATC, a Cafe and a Sunday! :)

Ohhhh...I had so much fun today! Below is my summary of today's activity! :)

1. Spent hours at Dome Cafe with my gossip girls a.k.a Naz and Girl, catching up stories from one another after almost a year we haven't been able to meet! Erkk...  =/

Girls, we should do this more often, kay! I love hanging out with you two! I feel like I'm meeting up with Nico Rilley and Wendy Healy from that Lipstick Jungle series. LOL ;p

2. A little something something at Sephora, Zara, Topshop and Parkson ;p

3. Went to Marie France Bodyline Treatment

4. Had a delicious dinner at Delicious.

5. Went to the designer boutique to make some changes on my Baju ;)

6. Home! And have to do my 'assignments' before going to bed!

The Final Week in Marie France Bodyline!

So we've come to the final week of the contest. Geeeee...I wonder among the four of us, who has lost the most, and get to win some awesome prizes! (Congrats in advance to you, whoever the winner is! hehe)

So anyway...on my last week in Marie France Bodyline, I did a lot of tummy and front thigh treatment. There's a lot of gliding, tapping, stroking, massaging around those area...and not to forget, a lot of involving the machines too! Oh and oils, gels, etc etc! Seriously...I never thought slimming session would be such a fun and relaxing session!

Okay! I'm ready now.. Let's go for my slimming session and shake off the fatties away!

Today's treatment would be: RBT 

Every treatment that I went to, my therapist would start off with a "Welcome Massage", where she massage my head, shoulder and arms.. Ahhh...it feels so good to get this especially when you just got back from your workplace with all the work and traffic jam... So it is such a bliss having someone to massage your back, head, shoulder etc! Thank you miss! ^_^

So anyway after the Welcome Massage, the treatment for the day will begin... So for this RBT session, she started off with putting and compressing a warm towel all over the parts of the treatment area - tummy and thighs. Then, she put some body scrub and started scrubbing my body...

Next, she asked me to lie down and started massaging my tummy and thighs using their soothing massage oil.

Then after a good 1 hour or so...she put the brown mask on those area.. - Don't know what that is. I forgot to ask.. And later, she put some gauze cloth onto my body, and put some wax/paraffin (the one that I use for the Hand Treatment) and cover the whole area on my body..and let it dries for 30 minutes

Instead of sleeping and resting...I was texting with someone and snapping pictures. haha. This girl really doesn't know how to relax! Pffft ;p

Next treatment was the FES treatment- the hot wrapping thingy a.k.a the Mummy Returns treatment! hehe

Full body wrap, except for my "twins" part. hehe

Relaxing for 20 minutes while waiting for this treatment to finish

Andddd..... Balik rumah and get a REAL rest! hehe
